Great Strides is a day of fun and festivities as we walk 6.2 miles to cure cystic fibrosis. Great Strides, now in its fourteenth year, is the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's largest and fastest growing fund-raiser nationwide.

The money raised for Great Strides will be quickly translated into exciting scientific advances. Participate in Great Strides 2004 and help catapult our research efforts to new heights. Let's keep the momentum going! Money buys science and science buys life!
